I'm a Data Science major at Cal Poly Humboldt with a passion for helping local businesses compete using automation and technology that used to be reserved for big companies.
I grew up in the Bay Area, and I worked at a few very different spots while learning the ins and outs of computer science. In those jobs I used or at least saw different kinds of software being used to gain, keep, and better service clients more efficiently. After leaving for college, doing smaller odd jobs, and doing my own research, I learned that many companies lack the same software that gives bigger companies such an edge over the competition. The main reason being that it's too expensive, too difficult to acquire, or that a business is unaware of what they are lacking. Seeing that I could help businesses, while allowing me to continue doing this work I'd become passionate about, led me to start IV Optimizations.
